Blue Eye-Make up Tutorial

 Its my second make up tutorial.

I call it "Blue Eye" . Its simple just folow the steps .

i use:

eye:

• line nuance duo for white eyeliner
• nyx electric blue
• opera black eyeliner
• natural eyelash from etude
• under eye lash from elise

step 1: use white eyeliner along your lower eyes.

step 2: use blue eyeliner along your eye  lids and half your lower eyes.

step 3: use your black eyeliner along  your eye lids.

step 4: use your natural lash.

step 5: use your under eye lash. and DONE. 

I use another eye lash and add black eyeliner at half my eye lids.
